Non-criteria expertise of research projects: Typed examples

The article focuses on the academic expertise. Various types of assessment are considered. author studies evaluation’s violations and systematizes them in phenomenon expertise’s criteria declining. So, it is no coincidence special attention paid to parameterization. This work result its experience – for more than 20 years with dozens research institutions different countries. Findings outcomes can be used both by expertise-holders (the definition this publication’s author) various fields kind activity projects /text’s contributors.
